Our farmhouse is composed of the main Villa that can accommodate up to 18 guests and 4 apartments that can house 2 to 6 guests, all obtained from the old farms rooms and finely restored.
All our guests can use the swimming pool, the family room and the excellent restaurant where they can savour the products of the farm. Our prices include bed and breakfast.

The Main Villa

The house is structured on two levels and is located at the front of the farm overlooking the Argentario. On the first floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a stone fireplace, a pantry, a satellite TV room, a dining room and a bathroom. All of the 9 bedrooms are on the second floor and each one has original vintage furniture. There are several bathrooms. The house has an ancient charm that immediately envelops you and takes your mind to back to the past, to a peaceful way of life, away from daily stress.
Il Girasole

The apartment in the front area of the farm with a view of mount Argentario, used to be the guesthouse. Located on the first floor, this apartment is comprised of a kitchenette, a large bedroom with access to a private bathroom. A corridor leads to a bathroom and a double bedroom This apartment is furnished in English colonial style. Total 45 square meters (485 square feet).
La Vite

This newly renovated apartment was created in the rooms that were used for the selection of the wheat, on the first floor. It is comprised of a kitchenette and one century-old fireplaces. There is a double bedroom with a bathroom and a mezzanine with 2 beds. It is furnished in Tuscan country style. Total 44 squar meters (475 square feet).
L’Olivo

The two-level apartment is comprised of a large living area with a kitchenette and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a beautiful double bedroom with a bathroom. It is furnished with period furniture. Total 72 squared meters (775 square feet).
La Ginestra

This newly renovated apartment is located on the third floor of the farm with a beautiful view on the front lawn. The apartment comprised of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a double room. Total 48 squared meters (517 square feet).
La Spiga

This room was the old farmer’s house. It is located on the first floor and comprised of a large double bed with bathroom. The room includes one century-old fireplaces and it is finely furnished in Tuscan country style. Total 32 squares meters (340 square feet).
